Return & Refund Policy

At Cleon Smart Appliances Pvt Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or personalized products
• Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, email us at care@cleonsmart.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

7. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
